Must Read Policy

• Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours before the appointment to avoid cancellation fees.

• Any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours will result in full service cost charge. Deposit will be forfeited. 

• NO CALL/NO SHOW is required to pay 50% of the next session and will be charged full price of missed appointment. Deposit will be forfeited.

• New clients, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out intake form.

• Appointments will be canceled after 15 minutes if the client has not shown up. session will begin and end on time.

• I am not authorized to prescribe medications or diagnose any clients.

• All client information is confidential unless there is an informed consent signed

• There is a draping procedure that is to be followed.

• Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE

• Paying the deposit is an agreement that the policy has been read and understood.
