Online Booking Policies – Barefoot Amanda
Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments are reserved exclusively for each client. At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Any deposit paid will be forfeited.
- No-call / no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the missed appointment, and a 50% deposit will be required to book any future session.
- Deposits are non-refundable and apply toward the scheduled service unless forfeited due to late cancellation or no-show.
Late Arrivals
New clients are asked to arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete intake forms.
- If a client has not arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time, the appointment may be canceled.
- Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival may result in a shortened session to accommodate other clients.
- The full service fee will still apply, as the appointment time was reserved.
Scope of Practice
Barefoot Amanda provides massage therapy services for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. Massage therapists do not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medications.
Confidentiality
All client information is kept confidential and will not be disclosed without written consent, except as required by law.
Draping & Professional Standards
Proper draping procedures are used at all times to ensure client comfort, privacy, and professionalism.
Deposits & Agreement
- All deposits are non-refundable
- Payment of a deposit confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies
